In case of Return or Exchange:  

  • Refund and exchange can be made 15 days from the receipt date
  • We cannot Refund or Exchange damaged items or has a perfumery smell, products must be returned as purchased.
  • On gift with purchase promotions, the gift should be returned along with the purchased items in the case of Refund or Exchange
  • In the case of credit card payment or any other electronic payment methods, the paid amount will be returned only by one of the following methods:
  • Refund the amount to your bank account after deducting 25 riyals for return service, the refund duration depends on your bank
  • Replacing the paid amount with a voucher from Rina website (after deducting 25 SAR for KSA orders and 80 SAR for other countries orders) for courier services.
  • In case of orders paid in cash, the paid amount will be returned only by one of the following methods:
  • Refund the amount to your bank account after deducting 25 riyals for return service, the refund duration depends on your bank
  • Replacing the paid amount with a voucher from Rina website (after deducting 25 SAR and 80 SAR for other countries orders) for courier services.

The refunded amount will be transferred to your account immediately upon receiving the products after deducting 25 riyals for return service, we are not responsible for any delay in retrieving the products from the courier

In case that customer received a damaged product, the customer has the right to refund the full amount without deducting any fees

We apologize for the refund of any product purchased from our stores through the website, the return is only through one of our stores in the Kingdom.

No refund or exchange for underwear, swimwear or bodysuit items.

 

How to Return or Exchange:

You shall contact customer service in this regard, a return link will be sent to you through SMS, then fill return form and send it back to us.

Customer support agent will check eligibility, and send a request to the courier company to return the item and upon receiving the items in our stores and ensure compliance with the conditions mentioned above We issue a voucher with the item value after deducting 25 SAR for KSA orders and 80 SAR for other countries orders) for courier services you can use this voucher to order from our website anytime you want

  • The refund will be in cash only regardless to the payment method you have used when you ordered
