In case of Return or Exchange through Blue Age website:

  • Refund and exchange can be made 15 days from the receipt date
  • We cannot Refund or Exchange damaged items or has a perfumery smell and must be returned as purchased.
  • On gift with purchase promotions, the gift should be returned along with the purchased items to receive Refund or Exchange
  • In the case of credit card payment or any other electronic payment methods, the paid amount will be returned only by one of the following methods:
    • Refund the amount of your bank account after deducting 25 riyals for return service, the refund duration depends on your bank
    • Replacing the paid amount with a voucher from Blue Age website after deducting 25 SAR for return services.
    • In Case of orders paid in cash, the paid amount will be returned only by one of the following methods:
      • Refund the amount of your bank account after deducting 25 riyals for return service, the refund duration depends on your bank
      • Replacing the paid amount with a voucher from Blue age website after deducting 25 SAR for return services.

The refunds will be transferred to your account immediately upon receiving the products after deducting 25 riyals for return service, we are not responsible for any delay in retrieving the products from the courier

In case that customer received a damaged product, the customer has the right to refund the full amount without deducting any fees
