What are shipping methods, and related costs?

 

(Delivery inside Saudi Arabia orders)

  • Free delivery for orders of 149 Riyals or more
  • Shipping charges of 10 SAR applicable for orders less than 149 SAR
  • Extra charge of 19 Riyals when choosing Cash on Delivery method.

(Delivery outside Saudi Arabia orders GCC (UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman))

  • Free delivery for orders of 375 Riyals or more
  • Shipping charges of 49 SAR applicable for orders less than 375 SAR
  • Extra charge of 35 Riyals when choosing Cash on Delivery method.

 (Delivery outside Saudi Arabia orders (International))

  • Free delivery for orders of 100$ (375 Riyals) or more
  • Shipping charges of 20$ applicable for orders less than 100$ (375 Riyals)
  • Cash on Delivery method is not available.

Do I have to pay custom fees in case of International delivery?

  • For most shipments, customs/import duties are applied as soon as the parcel reaches the destination country.
  • Customs duties and any handling charges vary from country to country and are usually implemented when the order reaches its destination country.
  • We have no control over these charges, so they will have to be paid by you once your parcel reaches your country.
  • You can contact your local customs office to find about customs duties for your country before you place an order.
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged. So, if you refuse to receive the delivery, unfortunately, we will have

 

 

How do I exchange or return an order?

Do I pay for return / exchange?

 

We do not charge additional fees for return / exchange, but an additional 25 SAR (for inside Saudi Arabia orders) or 80 SAR (for outside Saudi Arabia orders) is added for the shipping company's services

In case of exchange or refund in stores, this value is exempted

 

In case of returns, do I refund the whole payment?

In the case of credit card, the paid amount will be returned only by one of the following methods:

-       Refund the amount to your bank account after deducting 25 SAR (for inside Saudi Arabia orders) or 80 SAR (for outside Saudi Arabia orders) return shipping service, the refund duration depends on your bank

-       Replacing the paid amount with a voucher from Rina website after deducting 25 SAR (for inside Saudi Arabia orders) or 80 SAR (for outside Saudi Arabia orders) for return services.

In Case of orders paid in cash, the paid amount will be returned only by one of the following methods:

-       Refund the amount to your bank account after deducting 25 SAR (for inside Saudi Arabia orders) or 80 SAR (for outside Saudi Arabia orders) for return shipping service, the refund duration depends on your bank

-       Replacing the paid amount with a voucher from Rina website after deducting 25 SAR (for inside Saudi Arabia orders) or 80 SAR (for outside Saudi Arabia orders) for return services.

- Name of the account holder

-Bank Name

- International Bank Account Number (IBAN)
